Windows: white plastic windows with heat insulated glassing tipping or opening lockmith structures

Floor covering:

Rooms: laminated floor cover with band, 3 colour possibility

Entrance-hall, bathroom, kitchen, WC: Zalakerámia ceramic tiles with 10 cm ceramic plinth, 3 colour possibility
Balcony: frozen proof Zalakerámia ( uniform, not selectable)

Wall covering, surfaces:

Walls: plastered, coated with double whithe wall painting
Ceiling: plastered, coated with double whithe wall painting

Bathroom: ceramic tiles, up to 2.10 m high, Zalakerámia type, 3 color possibility

Hearting

Az épület fűtése központi fűtés, melyet gázüzemű kazánok biztosítanak.
A lakásokon belüli vezetékek a padlóaljzatban vezetett műanyag csővezetékek, a hőleadó Duaferr Lux radiátorok. A lakásonkénti fűtési költség elosztását minden lakáson belül felszerelt hőmennyiségmérő biztosítja.
A fürdőszobában, Dunaferr Plusz törölközőszárítós radiátor kerül felszerelésre.

Ventillation

The ventilation of the bathrooms and toilets will by wall ventilator which takes the air out on the roof, via the ventilation shafts. Possible to install kitchen ventilator, one connection point is ensured.

Water supply, sewage.

There will install 1-1 warm and cool water meter for each flat. The material of the sewage pipe network will be PVC and KG PVC (polyvinylchloride, solid gum polyvinylchloride). The warm water will prepared centrally.

Bathroom equipping

Wash basin: Alföldi Bázis type

Bath or shower: Alföldi tipe stell plate, size acoording the plans

The high voltage installation will be Prodax type.
The low voltage installations (TV, Telephone) will be Prodax type.
Intercom system will be installed with loudspeaker and microphone and building main entrance opener.
